You want to learn more about the Spanish gastronomy?! Then our funny “Tapas Cooking Course” is the right activity for you! Depending what you prefer to cook and eat, we organise for you a cooking class for Spanish dishes, such as Gazpacho, Salmorejo, various tapas and Paella, of course.

We start in the morning walking from the hotel through the old part of the city until reaching the main market. Here guests will be served a cup of coffee, but then it’s time for work: you will have to chose and buy the right ingredients, according to the shopping list we handed over to the guests in the hotel.

Meanwhile everything is prepared in our kitchen school - the English-speaking Chef who today operates as your teacher gives you a warm welcome and shows you all the installations. OK Let’s go! The main part begins: while peeling, washing, scraping, stewing, straining, pouring … guests learn many useful things and curiosities about the specialities of the Spanish cuisine. As soon as everything is prepared all the cooks are invited to enjoy their self-prepared dishes! We promise a highly interesting and amusing morning!!
